Heath Ledger being exploited for Batman?

I'm hoping it's not a publicity stunt, but the only way we'll all know is only after we see for ourselves. They're talking about it because they have seen his performance. We haven't yet, but I hope we'll be saying the same thing after we see it because he was indeed a great actor.
