Shakespeare question....?

People who have questions about Shakespeare's authorship--who are few and far between, by the way--have many reasons why they don't consider him the "real" playwright. One of those is his questionable education and literacy (letters (a) & (b) on your list). They also question it because of his background. Some suggest only an educated nobleman could have written the plays accredited to Shakespeare, which Billy S. was not.
