Looking for a coffee-related name for my mom's new dog?

WOW! I can't believe no one took my name. We had a mix breed that his color reminded us of coffee too. We couldn't decide to what to name him until one day on the TV we saw a commercial for Maxwell House coffee. We decided to name him Maxwell. We called him Max for short. But I am sure you don't want to call her Maxwell so why not Maxine.
