I have bad acne on my chest.?

I worked in Kuwait for a while. And now I have this horrible breakout on my chest. The Dermo say's it cysts and blackheads that are on my chest. I have tried everything. Does any one have any ideas? I at the point to where I want to get some to just scrap all theses off my chest. It looks horrible
