How do you feel about Urban Outfitters?

I like their clothes, but they're a little pricey (for a high school student with a limited budget) and I find that their customer service is somewhat lacking. At the Urban Outfitters at my mall, they always have an employee at the front folding clothes that also acts as a greeter, which I like. However I was waiting in line to pay and there was one girl who was taking forever to pay at the register and another employee at a second register talking on the phone. I waited 5 minutes for her to get off the phone, only to get a mediocre 'hi'. That being said, it is an appealing store.
