Universe with different value of Pi ?

pi is a abstract construct that is defined in the space of our minds. because it's a mental construct, it is independent of physical world unlike other physical constants. unless our minds change, then pi doesn't change. however, i believe the space of our mind is not constant since it depends on yet a deeper reality hence pi is not necessary constant if you consider all space or russell's types or dimensions or whatever people want to call it. However, if you restrict yourself to the mental space, then pi is constant.
