Proposition 8, what does it mean to you?

To me, a no vote will change the meaning of the word marriage. What the dictionary says and what the bible say to describe what marriage is will no longer be valid. That is why I plan to vote yes on prop 8. I DO think gays should have equal rights, but why not call it a union or whatever name they want, just not marriage. Why toss away thousands of year of practice just because some want it there way.
