Why you should not donate to haiti earth quake !!!?

...every year state of israel, the rich country get 5-8 BILLION dollars in aid from u.s tax payers, you can ask your congress / senate divert only 1 BILLION dollars from that aid to haiti that cover every things. why the rich get richer and the unfortunate get nothing !!!
