Please tell me the meaning of "find the last game in town" in Dark Knight?

I'm reading the script of the movie "Dark Knight" (2008). In the script, Harvey Dent says, "You and your friend have found the last game in town and you are trying to hit them where it hurts, their wallets." I don't understand the meaning of "the last game in town". Is it related to "the only game in town" ? I don't think the game is "a match". Help me.
