How to make a pimple go away over night? Remedies?

this works for me. take a needle(make sure its clean) and puncture the pimple. dont go too deep. if its a pimple( like whiteheads etc) it should go right in and you dont even feel it. take the needle out and squeeze the stuff out and leave it. if you have anti acne stuff put it on. a regular sewing needle will do or anything similar
