I'm 22, and 5'4 and 160 pounds. For the past week, I've been drinking TONS of water, eating under 1200 calories, healthy food. Then I have been working out on the wii fit for an hour and walking every day too. When I started a week ago, it said i weighed 165, so it said I lost 4lbs. But I don't see it anywhere on my body. One scale at my gma's house says i weigh 166 and my wii and my scale at home says i weigh 161.5 . I am getting so discouraged and sick of dieting if it is really doing nothing for me..
