What cardio excersizes can I do in my dormroom?
Not at all a strange question. In the 60's the Royal Canadian Air Force had a similar problem. Barracks were not equipped with gyms. Air Crew had to be in top shape. They developed the 5BX program. Short for 5 basic exercises. You should be able to get a copy on line for next to nothing. In the late 60s the RCAF was merged into the Canadian Armed Forces. I'm ex Army myself. So for Cardio in your room. Stretch first. then jumping jacks count them and keep increasing the number over time. Running in place (the Army loves that one) Push ups sit-ups and if you have a bar chin ups. The strength exercise increase the Cardio effect dramatically. But when you get the chance get out and run
