Should I Date this guy?

Okay so I Met this guy at school named Kyra. I'm grade 10 and hes grade 12 and hes new this year. We've become pretty good friends and we hang out with mostly the same group of people and everyone says he likes me. I was in denial about it at first but then I started getting paranoid about it and paying more attention to him. On friday we were sitting in the cafeteria eating lunch and I commented on how he had a cool ipod and he pulled his headphones out of his ears and handed it to me and was like ''You want it??Its yours'' and tried to give it to me, I didn't take it of course But when I got home yesterday after school and emptied my bag His Ipod was in there cause he had snuck it in when I wasn;t paying attention I guess. I talked to him on facebook and told him I was going to give it back to him. Today we were at my friends 16th birthday at this hotel, and I go to a different school than her so I didn;t know alot of her friends but she had invited Kyra too because they had met at my house before. Kyra brought his guitar to play her a song and it was really cute. After when everyone went swimming I didn;t want to go because I'm on my period, so I made up a dumb excuse to get out of it. I was sitting alone in the girls suite and Kyra knocked on the door and had his guitar so I let him in. He asked if he could play me a song and I said ''Go for it!'' so he starts acoustically playing that Grenade song by Bruno Mars. I don;t really listen to that kind of music but when he sang it I suddenly felt like I had fallen inlove with him. But idk, maybe it was just one of those 'in the moment' type things. I'm not even 100% sure if he likes me or if I like him but...do you think I should go for it?
